Parking Options
Note that there is a limited number of parking spaces at the Idyllwild Nature Center. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved. There is a small day fee for individuals visiting the park. This fee helps to support the Nature Center’s facilities and programming. Adults are charged $4 each and children ages 12 and under are $3 each. Dogs cost $1 each. For snow play activities, the charge is $10 each for adults and $5 each for children ages 12 and under.
The day fee allows visitors to hike the trails, picnic, use all the facilities, and tour the museum. After paying your fees, you will receive a day-use permit and park map to help you get around. Yearly memberships are available to guests who would like to visit the Center throughout the year. The Idyllwild Nature Center is a member-supported, non-profit organization and each member makes a difference. The Center is open from Thursday to Sunday weekly from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the exception of major holidays.
